Payment card and bank information is normally collected and processed directly by our payment provider. We do not generally receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop essential messages relating to your account, membership, purchases or service.

We may retain limited details on a suppression list to ensure we honour your request not to receive further marketing.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by Kajabi Payments, Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.

Payment providers may process information including your name, contact details, billing address, payment method, transaction information and fraud-prevention data. They may act as our processor or as an independent controller for some activities and will handle information in accordance with their own privacy notices.

8. Kajabi and other service providers

RecruitAbility Pro is hosted and delivered using Kajabi. We also use carefully selected providers for services such as:

  • Website and membership hosting.

  • Payment processing.

  • Email delivery and communications.

  • Video meetings, webinars and training.

  • Analytics and website security.

  • Accounting, administration and customer support.

  • Cloud storage and IT services.

These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to supply their services, subject to contractual and data-protection requirements.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. Community content

Information you post in the RecruitAbility Pro community may be visible to other members. Please do not post confidential information or personal information about candidates, clients or other individuals unless you have a lawful basis, appropriate authority and a genuine need to do so.

Any recruitment introductions, referrals or commercial arrangements made between members are handled directly by the participating members. Each member is responsible for complying with their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

10. AI tools and prompts

RecruitAbility Pro may provide AI prompts, guidance or links to third-party AI services. If you choose to enter information into an external AI service, that provider may process it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Do not enter candidate details, client-confidential information, special-category data or other personal information into an AI tool unless you are authorised to do so and have confirmed that its use complies with applicable law and your own policies.

11. Cookies and analytics

Our website and platform may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the website and member account functioning.

  • Maintain security and login sessions.

  • Remember preferences.

  • Understand website and email performance.

  • Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or we determine that it is no longer required.

  • Community content may remain available while the relevant community or account is active and may remain temporarily in backups.
